Battery Assembly and High-Voltage Harnessing Solutions 

Our dedicated and experienced team has expertise in the design and development of customized electronic components, harnesses, junction boxes, and battery pack integration. We can leverage our in-depth knowledge of embedded controls technology and hands-on design and assembly experience to provide a full suite of EV/High-Voltage Services.

 

LHP has expertise in aggregating battery management unit messages to convert them to J1939 for ease of customer use. We capture data from the BMCs and aggregate all messages from different battery packs
 

Software: LHP has experience writing high-level battery management controllers for products in hybrid electric and power generation through fully electric vehicles.

 

Hardware: The LHP Hardware team is experienced and certified at handling high-voltage systems for fully electric and hybrid systems.
